Returns Policy

If you change your mind or are unhappy with any of your purchases you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full credit that is valid for 60 days. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. 



In the instance of items arriving faulty or broken, please take a photograph and email it to us within 7 days of receipt. All broken or faulty items that we have been notified about within 7 days of receipt will be replaced immediately at no extra cost to the customer. If you need help with your return, please contact us.

In Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges Policy purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and other laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Regulation 2010 are expressly excluded where permitted, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.
